Responsible for providing exceptional service to Spa guests. The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities. Includes the greeting of all guests as they enter and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge areas neat, clean and well stocked with all amenities.
Responsibilities
Acknowledge and greet Guests who enter and leave the spa facilities Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and escort guests to their lockers Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guest questions Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area Actively promote spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs and promotions Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area Maintain eye contact when addressing all spa guests Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously Provide accurate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction Regularly attend/participate in and support ongoing training to continue to be knowledgeable about current spa trends

You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi task
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Follows Open/Close procedures for spa facilities (locker areas)
Adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Follow stock replenishment procedures
Comfortable with suggestive selling
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Training Availability: 2-3 weeks of full availability (day AND evening) will be required immediately following the start date to complete the training
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
This role is Part-Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of THREE (3) days per week, including nights and holidays
Additional Qualifications
Prior spa experience ?familiarity with spa products/services and terminology helpful
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred
Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands preferred
Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
