The Engineer 2 will diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, gas, painting/decorating, carpentry, water features, fire & safety and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest Guest satisfaction while complying with all Disney policies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS oPerform preventative maintenance and necessary repairs of all equipment and update/maintain appropriate logs. oDiagnose and handle repairs of equipment including motors, pumps, chillers, water treatment, cooling towers and pool equipment throughout the Resort. oRespond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas. oRespond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures etc. oWork harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. oComply with Disney Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS oInstall or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary. oAssist with energy conservation programs throughout the Resort. oInstall electrical and mechanical systems for projects/renovations. oMay be required to perform other duties required by management.
oMinimum 5 years in Refrigeration. CFC Certification required. oMust have working knowledge of all types of HVAC, Refrigeration systems and Water Treatment programs. oMust have analytical troubleshooting skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
