Looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to start ASAP in the Kapolei area!
This position will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through maintaining a positive go-getter attitude while communicating with customers and clients alike.

Must be available to interview and start right away! Please note the first to apply will be the first considered.

Position Requirements:
Must have at least 1 yr. customer service and call center experience.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must be able collect and enter data accurately and efficiently; data entry speed of at least 6000 key strokes per hour.
Proficient with PC and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint).
Must be able to handle and resolve difficult situations in a timely and tactful manner.
Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Monday ? Friday, 8am ? 7pm and Saturday, 8am ? 5pm
Representatives will only work an 8 hour shift within the hours of operation listed above.
Position is fulltime ? 40 hours per week.
