CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry opened in June 2018, and in January 2021 CarWash808 Express opened in the new Mokulani Development in Kapolei.
Co-located with the Kapolei Site is a new Shell Station and new, modern full service Convenience Store named Pau Hana Express, which opened in May 2021.
NO C-STORE MANAGER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Requirement:
Proven leadership and managerial skills in a fast pace retail or operational environment will be the determining factor in filling this position.
Excellent salary of $55,000 to $60,000 commensurate with education and experience.

Summary:
Must be able to motivate, train, encourage, challenge and positively lead the C-Store team.
Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff.
Responsible for operating the cash register by handling cash or credit transactions, issuing change, receipts, or refunds.
Reconcile cash drawer and reports at start and end.
Responsible forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
Develops people and fosters a team environment and a positive company culture on an ongoing basis.
Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
Ensures that store is exceptionally clean, abundantly stocked, and well-organized, at all times.
