- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information accurately - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Coordinate meetings and conferences - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with project coordination and provide support to various departments as needed - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in a dental office setting is a plus - Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing - Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls courteously and efficiently This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
