Operations Compliance Associate
Perform audit activities to ensure operations areas are meeting required goals.
Understand healthcare laws and regulations, program guidelines and HMSA contractual obligations.
Understand Scorecard objectives to help business areas assess productivity and compliance.
Analyze findings for varying audit activities, provide solutions for identified issues, and report on audit activities to the business areas and management team.
Create and maintain procedures and workflows with the understanding of how it applies to all business areas.
Create and conduct training for business areas.
Work closely with management team and business areas to resolve issues and provide suggestions for training, workflow or procedural changes.
Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
