ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring accurate deliveries by processing receiving documents timely and comparing products received to purchase orders.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
Perform light physical duties of load checks, and inventory counts.
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
Supporting all functions of the operations department.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2 years of general accounting experience Must be detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in 10-key.
2
years of progressively responsible experience for a mid-size or larger Corporation.
High level of written and oral communication skills.
Superb organizational and time management abilities.
