Currently operating CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry, and the newest addition CarWash808 Express is open in Kapolei.
We are looking to fill a management level position for its newest and largest Express Carwash in Kapolei.
NO CARWASH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED However, proven leadership and managerial skills in a fast pace retail or operational environment will be the determining factor in filling this position.
Excellent salary of $70,000 to $100,000 commensurate with education and experience.
BS undergraduate degree desired.
Job
Summary:
Responsible for overall operation and profitability of car wash.
Ensures that excellent customer service is provided to customers by employees, at all times.
Must be able to motivate, train, encourage, challenge and positively lead the carwash team.
Develops people and fosters a team environment and a positive company culture on an ongoing basis.
Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance, maintaining a safework environment, and chemical and supply inventories.
